However, thinking of it as a way of relaxation and non-stress techniques, some of them might be slightly interesting, as one of the aspects which detonates the PE is stress.
There is also a huge variety of treatments which more than real answers to the problem are just a kind of temporal “patch”. For instance, delayed condoms and anaesthetic creams, which can provide a temporal remedy, force the patient to used them all along his life, covering the real problem, which mostly has a psychological or conduct origin. Besides, the decrease of sensibility in the penis, though it might make the male last longer, will make the him experience a powerless pleasure due to the local anaesthetic.

The best piece of advice is obviously, leave the shame apart, because after all we are facing a very common bad, suffered by many men and also go to a sexologist or an urologist, who can study a complete sexual profile of the patient and the couple and orient him to one treatment or another, and also turn to a psychologist if needed.
