Taoists practitioners assure it: man is capable of achieving immortality practising taoist sex. It is not necessary to clarify that, indeed, those are only a bunch of stupidities and superstitions. However, let see what a man must do to become a “Yen”, an immortal, following the arts of Tao.

Taoists sexual arts rose its higher point between the end of the Han dynasty and the end of the Tang dynasty (1000 a.c.). So, while Europe was suffering the Middle Age and looking for the afterlife, a lot of peculiar sexual practises were been performed in China. However, censorship arrived soon (not due to Christians, which where far away from there) but for Confucio and its puritanism that considered sex as a taboo. But, luckily or not, a lot of scripts were kept in Japan and so those sexual practises are well-documented.

The main aspect of Taoism is that there is a mysterious force surrounding us called “chi”and its part of everything. “Chi” connects with us through a substance called “Jing”. This is something like an energy bar in a videogame; when the bar is empty the character dies. That “Jing” is also related with the flow of the liquids of the body, and the one with the biggest amount of “Jing” is the sperm. So it is necessary to avoid defecating, urinating and even more ejaculating. We don’t need to say that following these rules can be highly unhealthy.

Right, once we have assimilated those concepts, let’s go on learning how to become immortal, just follow those easy steps (do not try it, please!):

  • For avoiding that our energy bar goes down, we must never ejaculate, or at least very rarely. It is not that sex is forbidden. In fact, Tao advices practising it a lot, but always holding the sperm. To do that it is needed to press between the scrotum and the anus and so get an reactionary ejaculation. Taoists thought that doing that sperm travelled to the brain, feeding it with its Jing.
  • To refill the energy bar, practise a lot of sex, creating more and more Jing.
  • Sexual postures are very influencing and there were some specific postures more advisable than others, sexual tantric postures, in order to create more Jing.
  • The best tantric sexual relation must start with the penis totally flaccid and shrank into the vagina and must be retired erect and without ejaculating.
    We shall avoid producing any kind of excrement and so we must live from air and eat only our saliva. Breathing is important and the Yen must have the ability to recycle its own air. If you want to achieve immortality, train everyday holding your breath us much us you can and everyday a bit more than the previous one.
